Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data Codentia Technologies LLC processes on this website (flexcodesystems.org) and in the Wisalix service, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
Codentia Technologies LLC, Cairo, Egypt, e-mail [...] (the "controller" for this website and for our customer relationship).
This website
- Server logs. When you open a page, the server records the address requested, time, browser and IP address, to deliver the page and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as needed for this and then deleted.
- Cookies. We use one technically necessary session cookie (for the sign in and the forms). We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and load no fonts or scripts from other hosts, except the bot check below.
- Bot check. The sign in, sign up and contact forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) to tell people from bots (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical browser data for this check.
- Contact form. We use your name, e-mail, company and message to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them when the request is settled, unless retention is required by law.
- Central sign in. To take you to your company we look up which companies your e-mail address belongs to; your password is checked only inside your company's own database.
The Wisalix service
When a company uses Wisalix, it decides which data about its clients and staff is stored. For that data the company is the controller and Codentia Technologies LLC processes it on its behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR, see "Data processing"). Each company has its own database and files, hosted in Germany (EU).
Service providers
We use carefully chosen providers, bound by contract, for hosting and storage (Germany (EU)), e-mail delivery, error monitoring and, only where a company switches them on, AI assistants (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) and messaging (for example Meta for WhatsApp). The current list of subprocessors is available from [...]. Where data is transferred outside the EU, we rely on adequacy decisions or the EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to [...]. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
